It all started when my Norton AV 2003 went bad
upon uninstalling and reinstalling would
open on the screen a few seconds and close automaticly
while trying to use regedit and msconfig from the start>>run
they would open for but a few seconds and close by themselve too
what do I have to do to fix this?
