I have a user whos computer slows down at any given time and it is because
the rundll32 take up all the resources. He has scanned for viruses (without
system restore on, even in safe mode) and finds nothing. He uses a IBM
laptop that I know has a few extra background programs, but to this point I
have no clue what is causing it. I have done remote assistance and find
nothing wrong in the registry and he has no spyware that I know off. Any
ideas or places I should look? cannot find answers on the web.
