i need to invoke in a shell command

RUNDLL32 SHELL32.DLL,Control_RunDLL NCPA.CPL,@0,2

to disable network access, is this correct ......?which parameters must i use or i hev to code a batch file
 
i manually go to
cpanel control >netowrkconnections>Lan network and deactivate the connection but i wanna do by shell or by code ...

sorry but i need intranet aces

which one windows service gives access to the net .....

in asp.net existe the service controller .... must i stop ???which windows service?
