Rundll32.exe using 99% CPU Usage

I have Windows XP and 5 user names counting the Guest
name. On all the users except 1 the rundll32.exe is using
99% of the CPU Usage. I have compared the user names task
managers and there are less things running on the users
with the issue than the one that is functioning properly.

I cannot figure out what is causing this problem.

Do a system-wide scan with an up-to-date AVP, followed by a SW scan with
Spybot (www.safer-networking.org).
