Rundll32.exe not responding

Hope you can help m

When Im shutting down my PC i get a message that says ending program and then it brings up another screen that says Rundll32.exe not responding . how can i Fix tha

scan your system with latest virus definitioned antivirus as well as
with spybot search and destroy-www.safer-networking.org
