rundll32.exe failure to End Program

I too am having this shutdown problem....just tried defragging and can't figure out what else to try. Surely this can be solved with a service pack!! Seems like a simple, though aggravating, problem to solve!
 
I have this as well.....plus a can not run a 16 bit
windows program error

I also have this prob!!!!Everytime I shutdown...did system restore(nope);did disk defragmentation(nope); and chkdsk(nope)
On my error log however, it reads I have an error in my servie control manager(Specifically with a "firewall" that my IPv6 cannot support...So it terminates irregularly...I'm sure that's the culprit, but how do I fix it...ANYONE! Please HELP.
