At boot or at other times I get error message "rundll32.exe Application
Error - The instruction at 0x10001408 referenced memory at 0x01020004. The
memory could not be read. I click OK to terminate the program and it loops
to address 0x00f80004. Stays in loop until power on reset. How do I
troubleshoot? System restore goes through the motions then says can't do it.
