rundll32 error

Man-wai Chang ToDie

PC: HP Pavilion Elite m9908hk
OS: Vi$ta Home Premium OEM English

Everything the explorer opened a folder with video files, it would
report the error. I tried the relevant, recommended update from HP, it
still showed the error. It said something to do with codecs.

Could I disable that warning once and for all?
