rundll32 error is not a valid win32 aplication

Hi i'm trying to solve this problem, when i go to the
Control Panel and click on add/remove problems i receveid
that message "rundll32 error is not a valid win32
aplication", i've tried solve it by doing the security
updates, but the problems keeps..

What should i do?

RE:- RUNDLL32 ERROR.
If you have your windows disc, I sugest you run, System
file checker, that will probably put it right.
