Rundll32 CPU at 100% - Help!

When I launch internet explorer my CPU usage goes to 100%.
The problem is with the Rundll32 file and it only seems to
happen when I launch IE explorer. I have installed the
latest ie6.0 file but it did not help.

Could this be a proble with a VB routine or a DLL that is
corrupted and how can I find out the problem program?

Or this virus.
rundll32.exe shell32.dll, Control_RunDLL ...123456.cpl Added as a result of
the KITRO.C (or DANDI.A) VIRUS! 123456 can be any random 3 to 6 digit number

What is the exact error message?
