can you help.When I boot I get.Error loading c:\windows\image.new.
The specfied module could not be found.
 
Make sure you antivirus software is up to date and run a scan on your
system.

Download, install and run Ad Aware to check for any malware that might be
the source of the issue:

If both the above come up clear, is there anything you've recently removed
from your system or installed on your system that might be the source of the
issue?
