rundll

[joe newall]

i have recently started to receive a message soon after startup
informing me that a " rundll23 C:\progra~1\mywebs~1\bar\1.bin\mwsbar.dlls,s
cannot be found " i have gone into system config utility and deselected
the file so it doesnt startup ( hopefully) am i right in doing this ? or
should i select it and let it run on startup
im running
i use system mechanic pro6 even this doesnt help
xp service pack 2
1gb memory
amd xp3200 proc
2x120 gig hard drive
this error only happened in the last week and a half
