When ever I go online I get a window on my screen that
has the letters "RUNDLL" on top and the message in the
box reads "An exception occurred while trying to
Run "C:WINDOWS\System32\btiein.dll,Download" every time
I change pages online I get this message. I am not sure
what it is and what it means but it seems to slow down my
computer. I have XP and this only appears on my screen
not anyone else's What can I do to get rid of this
problem.
