Good morning
This may not be related but I will try and relay the sequence of events. I
have just signed up with talk, talk broadband and installed Norton 2006
(although I have since uninstalled Norton as it seemed to kick me out of
broadband whenever it was enabled). No every time I boot up I get the error
message "Error loading w0031f8f.dll". Can I stop this happening. Aldso, and
just for information, I had the dowloader trogen and removed it (Ihope) with
AVG Grisoft, however, grisoft seems to periodically heal this virus whilst I
work on the computer. Any ideas anybody please?
