Everytime I start up the system I get a box that comes up
that says:

RUNDLL
X Error The specified module could not be found

I went into microsofts website and it gave me some info
re: RUNDLL error loading irprops.cplThis info didn't help
me to resolve the problem.

Can someone give me some assistance on how to resolve
this?

Just search for a program with a name related to that
error. Use the msconfig.exe system config utility, or try
this small program available at Mike Lin's web site which
installs in the control panel. Here is that web page;
http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml And then uncheck the
box for that item to not startup with your bootup.
