rundll.exe - Entry Point Not Found (Error Msg.)

On my XP pro desktop, when I select My Computer >
Properties, I get the Error Message: "rundll.exe - Entry
Point Not Found" with the explanation "The procedure
entry point RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could
not be located in the dynamic link library WINSTA.dll".
I also get the identical message when I try to open
System Restore going through System Tools. This is not
the same problem discussed in Knowledge Base. Any
suggestions?

Found my own solution - could not instal SP1 from cd

supplied by microsoft, but could download SP1 "express"
off of the MS Download site. After installation, all
problems disappeared. Hope that helps others who have
not yet installed SP1. Signing off!
