RUNDLL ERROR

RUNDLL ERROR Box appears with a cross in,and underneath says error loading D:\WINDOWS\IMAGE.DLL this only occurs on START UP,i can click the box it and it will disappear please help i have tried what i know,maybe it is a program that i have uninstalled?, i did in the last month uninstall a pool download game,and a hutchison encyclopedia program?,any help much appreciated!

Looks like a browser helper oject if you cannot remove it
via the link above downlod BHO demon to disable it.
But the best solution would be to remove it.
