RUNDLL error: sEfrslv.dll

After turning on my computer, an error message pops up:

An exception occurred while trying to run
C:\WINDOWS\system32\sEfrslv.dll"UMonitor"

I would much appreciate it if someone could help me resolve this problem,

Hi,

Most likely the .dll file is damaged, or a supporting file is damaged. Try
reinstalling the software, or alternately removing it if you do not use it.
