rundll error message

If anyone is familiar witht this error message I would
appreciate your help on how to fix it. The message has
started appearing when Im on the net. Sometimes it doesnt
seem to do anything and other times it makes my computer
reboot.

Unknown spyware?

Disable all third-party browser extensions in Internet Explorer > Advanced tab.

Run all of the spyware removers:
Lavasoft Ad-Aware - www.lavasoftusa.com
SpyBot S&D - http://www.safer-networking.org/
CWShredder : http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/CWShredder.exe

Increase the browser security settings, as given here:
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm

Finally, search for the DLL file (6ro4svc.cpy.dll) in the system and unregister it. To unregister a DLL, type "regsvr32 /u dllfilename". Mention the full path to the DLL file. Once unregistered successfully, delete the DLL.
