RunDll Error message

When ever I start up Windows 2000, there is a Rundll error
prompt that pops up and says: Error Loading
C:\WINNT\DOWNLOADED PROGRAM FILES\ BRIDGE.DLL.
When I hit ok, it goes away and everything is fine. Does
anyone have a clue as to how I can get this prompt out of
my registry?
