Hi,
I have been running Windows XP, Home Edition, for over a
year now and all of a sudden today, I started getting the
following error message whenever I bring up Internet
Explorer (sometimes when I bring out other applications
as well).
"An exception occured while trying to
run "C:\WINDOWS\System32\btiein.dll,Download"
The top of the error window shows "RUNDLL".
The thing that I have done recently is I downloaded some
security patch for IE-6. Don't know if this had
something to do with it.
I am pretty much a novice when it comes to Windows XP.
Any help on how to get rid of this annoying error message
would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
