Look in the registry to remove the dll entry

start>run and type

regedit

navigate to the following key

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

-or-

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

in the right-hand pane, locate the entry for the dll file and delete it.

Good Luck

Hi,

Control Panel/Add & Remove, you want to uninstall Wild Tangent.

Deleting the registry entry that loads that .dll file does not remove the
program that caused it in the first place. The symptom is gone, but the
disease still exists.

How, then, do you find out which program the registry entry belongs to? How
do you find the disease?
