Runas problem

I cannot do a right click run as in windows. When I click on Run as the
window to login does not open, nothing happens. I can however run it as a
command line. example: C:\>runas.exe /noprofile /user:[email protected]
"%windir%\system32\mmc.exe" works.

This is driving me a little crazy as I have no idea why it quit working.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

I can't see something wrong if your mapped Network in a security context of
a localy logged user?, if that the case read this:
