Press the WinKey-R combination.

All Programs => Accessories => Run

Or my favourite - just click on the Orb and start typing in the Start Search
box. When the program is at the top of the list press Enter. I rarely have
to type more than three or four letters.

Here are two easy ways:

1. Use the "Start Search" box as your Run command box.

2. Press the Windows key + R to bring up the Run command box.

Or, right-click on the Orb; click Properties; under Start menu tab, click
Customize; scroll down to Run command and put in checkmark. Click OK; Click
Apply; Click OK.

Now the Run command will automatically show every time one clicks on the
Orb.

It's just another way of showing the Run command.
