Hi Joyce,
Right click the Start Button on your Desktopm and select Properties and on
the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties click on Start Menu Tab and click on
Cutomize button oppsite Start Menu and on the Customize Start Menu click on
Advanced tab.
Scroll down to this Squre Box and check it;
[ ] Run Command check this box
Click OK and close the window then Hit F5 and see if you will find it on the
start menu.
