I need to automatically run a update qry or a make table, without
being prompted to select yes or know.

If you are running the action queries by code in an event :
DoCmd.SetWarnings False
DoCmd.OpenQuery "Query1"
DoCmd.OpenQuery "Query2"
DoCmd.SetWarnings True
