run time errors

when i go to some websites, i get an error message that
tells me a run time error has occured and asks me if i
want to debug. i always click no, but it often comes back
until i close the page. what causes this and what can i do
to stop it? thank you.
 
IE Script error
Go to Tools, then select Internet Options
Then select ADVANCED
Under Browsing - uncheck "Display Notification about every script error"
