run time error

after new cable ISP installed IE6 periodically displays:
"A run time error has occured. Do you wish to debug?"
Any ideas on how to fix?
 
To fix this, you need to go to Internet Explorer "Tools"
menu item, Internet Options, click the Advanced tab.

There, go to "Browsing", and you might find that the box
in front of "Disable script debugging" is unchecked. If
this is the case, check it, and everything should be OK.

What is going on, is that you are getting a debug message
from the debug libraries.
