run time error

i often have a small window popped up say "run time error. do you wish to debug" whenever i surf the web. i use the microsoft debug tool but i don't know what i'm debugging! there's some line break or something like that. what is the problem?
 
The problem is there's not enough love in the world. But that has nothing to
do with your computer.

To turn 'debugger' off, do this: Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools >
Internet Options > Advanced tab. Place a checkmark in 'Disable script
debugging' and remove the checkmark from 'Display a notification about every
script error.' If you were a web page developer, you might want to know
about those so-called errors. Maybe.

Why do these "run time error 274" occur? This is what I
recently encountered. This has happened several times.
