Yes, it's got errors.. Unless it's your page, the only thing you can do
is alert the webmaster that the page doesn't load properly.

If it's your page, enter the url at http://validator.w3.org/check and
you can see the 29 errors generated, including the one for "Left".
Actually, you can't enter http://avisos.reforma.com/avi_dept.asp, you
have to save the file to your HD, then enter that with the Browse
button. There's probably an easier way to do all this, it's just
something I tried to see the results.
