Run time error / De Bug

When on net i get a box open saying run time error de bug yes / no (only on some sites) i have norton and mcafee
can anyone help me
 
Hi Paul,

Control Panel/Internet Options/Advanced tab

Enable (check) the line: "Disable script debugging"
Disable (uncheck) the line: "Display a notification about every script
error"

Also, you should not let two antivirus programs both run in real time. You
can keep both, but disable one and only use it for secondary scans. Not
doing so will lead to conflicts as both programs actively try to monitor the
system's activity.

Go to Control# Panel - Internet Options, and in the Advanced page check
'Disable script debugging', and in the box below make sure there is no
check mark.
