Run-time error '91'

what the he** does that mean? everytime i try to get online (obviously i am using a different computer to type this) I get the following message: Run-time error '91': Object variable or With block variable not set, followed by the 'explorer has performed an illegal operation' and explorer crashes. I have tried shutting down the computer and restarting explorer without luck. Please can anyone help me???!!!!

by the way I did a search in here for run time errors and I already tried the delete files in internet options and the checking and unchecking of boxes in the advanced and downloaded a new scripts thing from microsoft per the instructions in some of the previous replies to runtime error questions without any luck in solving the problem, so any other advice???? (as i pull my hair out!)

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

Let AD-Aware Scan your system for advertising Spyware

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.

well I tried all that and am still getting a run time 91
error, same message. I did notice that after running
spybot and lavasoft I was fine until I tried to check my
email in hotmail. after running the two programs again I
had the same problem. I can surf everywhere else without
getting the error message but if I try to get on to
hotmail it pops up and explorer crashes ????

What is running in the background when you try Hotmail.
Disable all except Explorer and Systray. Do you still get the error?
