RUN TIME ERROR "91"

I KEEP GETTING THE RUN TIME ERROR'91' OBJECT VARIABLE OR
WITH BAOCK VARIABLE NOT SET EVERYTIME THAT I TRY TO OPEN
UP SOME OF MY E MAIL. IE CLASSMATES.COM, OR MAIL LIKE
FROM NORDSTROMS OR OTHER STORES.
 
you have a corrupt file or application .. suggest your first step ---> Windows Update and scan for updates.
