run time error 9

first let me say that i am totally computer illiterate! my problem is that
every time i try to access " typing for business" i get a message stating
runtime error 9, subscript out of range. what can i do to fix this problem?

What is "Typing for Business"? Is that a program installed on the computer?
If so have you contacted their tech support for assistance?

Do you have a current anti-virus program with up to date definitions and
scan regularly in safe mode? Do you also have other anti-spyware/adware
applications that you use regularly?

Runtime errors can be a problem with the program's installation or it can be
do to some form of malware or adware. Some programs install such nasties
when the program is installed. Where did you get the program?
