Run Time Error-5

I have a quick question that I dont know how to resolve. Any time i click
onto any icon on my computer, to open something "Run Time Error-5" displays
along with "Invalid Procedure or Argument" the box when it pops up is titled
"Win32 Application"
What can i do to resolve this problem,

im also having this same problem...and i have no idea how to resolve this
issue...help woul dbe realy appreciated...cheers
