Run time error '3260' - unable to enter training info

Error message is:

Run time error '3260'
Couldn't update; currently locker by user 'Admin' on
machine 'DEFAULT'

We have an employee database with a training information
module. Whenever any user tries to enter training
information, the above message is generated. Other
employee info can still be entered.

Can anyone help me on correcting this problem? HELP!!
