Run time err

As soon as my computer boots up I get a notification window with a yellow !
that says:

Run Time Error '35752'
URL is malformed

I click on OK and the notification clears. Anyone ever see this? How do I
get rid of it?

This is not coming from Windows. It is coming from a program loading at
startup. Use MSCONFIG to try to narrow down the culprit:
