Run Query - Workstation locked by Admin

Hi,

I need your help... I have five people working on the database and we have
many different queries. When two people run two different queries, it get
error message "workstation locked by Admin". How do I solved this avoiding
getting the error message...?

Your help would be much appreciated..

If I were experiencing a problem like this, I might try splitting the
database. Give each user their own "front end" file. All the users would
be linked to the mdb while contains the tables.
