Run not listed

In the start menu;run is not there.I need to access msconfig but cant do so
without run. Anybody? Thanks, Mar

should be an easy fix:

-right click on start menu
-click properties
-click customize
-click advanced tab
-under "start menu items" scroll down to "Run Command" and make sure the box
next to it is checked.
