Run macro from shortcut

I have used a desktop shortcut with the /m option to run a macro. Now when I
run it under Office 2003, it opens a new document, but does not run the
macro. This is because the macro does not exist in NORMAL.DOT.

If I just start Word normally, I get a new document and my macro IS in the
NORMAL.DOT and I can run it from within the document.

Why does this not work from the shortcut?

Hi =?Utf-8?B?SkhpbGw=?=,

The /m switch only works with macros that are stored in the Normal.dot template.
That's just the way it was designed to work. Are you saying that when you use
the /m switch Word isn't starting with the same Normal.dot as otherwise? Could
you copy/paste the full information from the "Target", please?

And also search your system for copies of Normal.dot. Rename any copies that do
NOT contain your macro.
