Run everything as administrator?

1. Turn off UAC. Search for "turn off UAC" in Start > Help and Support for
instructions on how to do it.
2. Add your user account to Administrators group (which I guess you've
already did)
 
Is it possible to set Vista to run all exe-files as administrator?
What the **** for? It's one of the most stupid ideas ever which is why
they finally ditched it in Vista.

Then be sure you have a rock-solid firewall, AntiVirus and
anti-malware program that's updated regularly AND don't surf the web
with Internet Explorer.

Yes, albeit in a half-assed, yet overkill like manor.

Why they couldn't have gone the Mac OS/Linux "sudo" route is beyond
me.
