When clicked, nothing happens, I have upgraded from Win98 to Win XP Pro and
it has not worked since. If I can't get that to work, how do I start RegEdit
without it?

Thanks.

Hi John,

I would just create a shortcut to [ c:\windows\regedit.exe ].

Hi John,

Open a Command Prompt (through a shortcut possibly) and run this command:

"regsvr32 /i shell32.dll"

See if RUN works. If not, start Registry Editor and navigate to:
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{2559a1f3-21d7-11d4-bdaf-00c04f60b9f0}]

Export the contents of the above key and post here.
