Run As

I have two admin accounts, one for my wife and one for me. I installed a certain program while logged into my account. For some reason, this program refuses to run as anyone other than the first person to login after boot. What's going on there?

Has it been installed under each user account? It may need to be - some
software is quirky like this in WinXP.
