Run a DLL as an app error each time XP Professional starts

I just reloaded Win XP on my computer, and now each time I reboot I get a "Run A DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs to close" dialog box where you send the report to MS. What is this, and how do Ii correct it? I loaded windows twice, and still get the message
 
Some program that is trying to launch at startup is crashing. You can try
isolating which startup program is causing this by using MSCONFIG:
