Hi,

I would like to run Outlook 2003 with different exchange server on 2
different instances. Is that possible. If possible, How do I do it?

Thanks!

By 'instances' do you mean side by side, concurrently? If yes, then no,
it isn't possible.

If you simply mean on the same machine, sure, just set up multiple messaging
profiles in Control Panel - Mail and make sure you're prompted to select
your profile.

I'm also going to assume the Exchange servers are not in the same Exchange
organization.

To clarify this post a bit...

If the Exchange mailboxes you wish to connect to are in the same Exchange
site, you just need to add the secondary mailboxes to your existing account
settings. This is accomplished by starting Outlook and then right click on
Mailbox - said:
add button. Once you get the account added and back at the main Outlook
window, just right click on any folder in Outlook and select Open in new
window.

If the Exchange mailboxes belong to different Exchange sites, then the
answer is no. It is not possible to open two different instances of Outlook
and have 1 talk to Exchange site A and the other to site B because the way
Outlook is designed.
