Is it possible to write a rule to exclude mail from an entire ISP. Let's say
you are receiving a lot of offensive mail from aol.com. Can you write a rule
that will delete any message from aol.com? Thanks

Yes, it's possible. Without knowing your version of Outlook, however, it's
impossible to be more definite.
