ive selected ....if body of text contains words like viagra action delete
email.... but the emails still keep on coming from different locations
please help to reduce my junk mail ?

The messages you're getting are in HTML format and Outlook's rules do't scan
HTML. You'll need a third-party tool like Mailwasher.
