i have tried creating a rule so that all sending emails
will move (not a copy) to specific folder.

It always move a copy and leave it in the specific folder
as a unread email and leave an other in the sent folder.

Any suggestions

Try adding "stop processing more rules" to the end of each rule, to ensure
that only one rule will act on any particular message. If multiple rules
act on one message, copies are sometimes created.

This is not a multiple rule, the only option when creating the rule is to move a COPY to a specified folder (which marks as unread). So then you still have an unread copy in the Sent mail folder

I didn't mean that that one particular rule was a "multiple rule", whatever
that means...I meant that you may have more than one rule acting on a
particular message. For instance, suppose you get a message from someone
named Fred and it has the word "cheese" in the subject line. If one rule
says to move any message with "Fred" in the sender's address to the "Fred"
folder, and another rule farther down the line says to put a copy of any
message with the word "cheese" in the subject line in the Sent Items folder,
then both of those things will happen and you'll get copies of the message
in both folders. If you add "stop processing more rules" to the "Fred"
rule, the "cheese" rule won't get a chance to act on that message.
