sometimes when i run my rule wizard some emails sometimes
get ignored and stay in my inbox instead of going to the
appropiate folder. When i run this rule manuly it run
correctly and moves the email to the right folder.

You might want to try adding "stop processing more rules" to your rules to
make sure only one rule acts on a particular message. If you allow multiple
rules to act on a single message (and they will if you don't use the "stop
processing" line), sometimes duplicates are created, or messages are moved
around to many different folders and end up in a folder you didn't expect.

I have this same problem - I have 4 rules for specific e-mails to go to 4 specific folders when they arrive in my inbox. Such as if a message is from Jane Smith go to Smith folder OR if a message is from John Doe go to Doe folder. However, the rules are randomly working - sometimes the specified e-mails stay in my inbox instead of going to the Doe or Smith folders.

If I add "stop processing more rules" to each rule as you suggest won't this stop the other rules from working? Or is it acting like an "OR" command?

In those cases you might want to just wait like it suggests -- sometimes it
takes a while (even an hour or more) for a message to appear in the web
newsgroup interface, whether or not you get an error message :-) In any
event, I just responded to the message you posted 2 minutes after this one.
