In Outlook 2003 does the Rules Wizard-if configured--allow
all sent messages to be BCC'd in addtion to CC'd? Outlook
2000 only give the option to CC sent messages in the Rules
Wizard. I'd like to know this before I go with an upgrade.

No version of Outlook has an option for automatic Bcc. The sample code at
http://www.slipstick.com/dev/code/autobcc.txt shows how to add a Bcc
recipient using the Application.ItemSend event with VBA code
